What is It Works! Loyal Customer
The It Works! Perks, formerly known as It Works! Loyal Customer grants the customer Loyal Customer pricing on all orders, up to 40%.
Options for becoming a loyal customer
There are two options for becoming a Loyal Customer:
- First, you can commit to a minimum of three consecutive months for a monthly auto-shipment order.
- Second, you can become a member by paying the $50 Membership Fee and placing a single order.
How to join It Works! Perks Program
Note : To join the It Works! Loyalty Program, shop first then upon checkout join the perks program.
How to modify loyal customer autoship
Auto-shipment orders can be modified online using the Customer ID and password, or by calling Customer Service (see below) at least two business days before the next shipment.
At any time, the customer may order additional products in addition to their auto-shipment order and receive Loyal Customer pricing.
It Works! Loyal Customer shipping
For U.S. Loyal Customer orders exceeding $125 USD (excluding taxes and shipping), standard U.S. shipping will be provided at no cost.
After three consecutive months of auto-shipment, the Loyal Customer will receive :
- Free U.S. standard shipping on the fourth consecutive auto-shipment
- All subsequent auto-shipments
- Accessible to U.S. Only loyal customers
Cancelling It Works! Loyal Customer
The customer may cancel the auto-shipment program at any time following the completion of the three-month commitment. Until cancelled, the Loyal Customer will receive Loyal Customer pricing on all future orders.
How to cancel It Works! Loyal Customer
The monthly auto-shipment will continue until the customer contacts It Works! to modify or cancel their automatic shipment.
To discontinue participation in It Works! After the three-month commitment has been met, please cancel the Loyal Customer Program by logging into your account at https://www.itworks.com or by calling Customer Service at the numbers listed below.
To cancel Loyal Customer status :

How to early cancel It Works! Loyal Customer
Customers who cancel their membership prior to the completion of the three-month minimum commitment will be charged a $50 USD cancellation fee and will still be considered members of the It Works! The customer is enrolled in the Loyal Customer Program and will receive Loyal Customer pricing on all future orders. Unless the $50 USD membership fee was paid upon registration. Upon completion of this three-month period, the $50 USD membership fee is waived.
After the 3 month period has ended a Loyal Customer may end the loyalty program by :

Upgrade Loyal Customer to Distributor Account
If a Loyal Customer wishes to upgrade to a Distributor and has completed the Loyal Customer Agreement or paid the $50 Membership fee, then the Loyal Customer is free to enroll as a Distributor under any sponsor. If a Loyal Customer wishes to upgrade to a distributor but has NOT completed the Loyal Customer Agreement and wants the Membership fee to be waived, they must enroll under the same Distributor as their Loyal Customer account.
